Chef Oz is the man behind the mezze. Hailing from Izmir, Turkey but now a local to Ballarat, he hit his straps and sharpened his skills as a head chef in kitchens throughout Istanbul and Victoria’s vibrant food and events scenes.

 

Oz has experience with almost any cuisine you care to throw a frying pan at, but his roots are authentic Turkish mezze, a regular feature at Woodside Food & Co. Don’t mistake this for any average kebab stand though, the food, service and produce are fresh across the board, there really is no better way to put it!
 

You can find the Woodside food truck parked at the back of 78 Bridge Mall (access via Lt. Bridge St.) and the team cater events at many locations across regional Victoria.
